I personally would have to have one of the windows replaced before I'd feel comfortable renting it, but that's just me and based on personal experience including a traumatic one from childhood in watching the apartment building next to ours burn in the middle of the night.

Part of it is due to a personal family issue, but part of it is due to the high prices and rates.

It can impact you personally and your family.

We use this in our personal flip and rental business and also in my bookkeeping business with other clients.  

This should be on file, but not in lease.Tenant interviews should be a part of all due diligence when buying with tenants in place.  

But if there is a chance that the previous person could have done something and it just became dislodged and blocked it, no. 

Corning is nice, I personally wouldn't live there but id buy at some point when I have more morning.
