I am still in the research phase of my real estate journey and there is so much information out there that I would love to gain some insight from the ones that do this everyday.

In that scenario, people will not be able to afford every day items let alone real estate.

There are several just about everyday.

When I am in a flip, there are major decisions being made every day, and sometimes multiple times per day.  

For everyday landlord situations it is a good idea to create one.

I'm in Durham almost every day. 

While I do think you'll see some nice appreciation in the long run, the traffic is simply unbearable if you have to commute to Portland everyday.  

Knock out something every day and it will be 1 less thing on the list.
