Someone (still don't know who) called the county inspector and had them "stop by" a couple of my rehabs to make sure we had all our permits (inspector told us they got an anonymous "tip" that we may not be pulling permits or using licensed workers).Anyway, he spent about an hour between two of my properties talking to me, my project manager and my contractors, and not only was he 100% satisfied with everything he saw, it's made all of our future encounters with this inspector MUCH easier.Just like you, whoever it was that called to try to snitch on us actually helped us a lot
