I do have buyers that are buying properties to add to their personal portfolio.Therefore, I too have to buy properties that enable me to build long-term relationships with my buyers whether they are turnkey companies or end-buyers.If I don’t sell my buyers performing properties or properties with the potential to perform, then they won’t buy from me in the future.Wouldn’t you agree?

The downstairs is tiled and a little dumpy, but fifteen minutes from 3 universities and a lot of musicians in Nashville are looking for cheaper rentals.I was hoping someone could speak to these concerns: 1.)Lack of heat in the lower unit.2.)Ability to hear upstairs in the lower unit.3.)Road noise.4.)Rentability of downstairs unit.

For $200, it seems I can get a wireless enabled one + install.
