Trying to compete against a builder to sell your existing build is extremely difficult.If there is new construction similar to yours around what you're selling you'll be at a disadvantage unless the market is scorching hot again and the builders have waitlists like they did in the recent past.Let me know if you have any other questions or need help in those areas.

If there were issues with the construction it would likely be very apparent by now unlike the the house that is recently remodeled, has relocated bathrooms etc. without permits, closes up the walls and then immediately sells.

There is another single-family program going for 60k and I won't mention the company name as I'm not here to discredit any entity from doing what it does best for itself.Now for the dummy side, the term Commercial Real Estate is not clearly defined when thinking about residential property, and I bet no one knew that.
