That guideline is lender specific, so I would suggest shopping it around. 

I would suggest working with a broker that is very familiar with conventional, commercial, hard money, non-qm, and DSCR loans.

They seem mostly suited for off-site wall segments production and I have to wonder about the economic viability in real-world projects.
