All of my properties are within 20 minutes of my house, and the bulk of them are within 10 minutes of my house because they are within a mile of the university, which was my target area and I'm 10 minutes from the university.

Mine is a single family home with a long term tenant, never gave me any problems likely because the laws are in my favor, and it’s close to the University of Notre Dame.
