Love the climate, outdoors activities, like hiking (even something indoors like going to the gym, I feel more motivated to do it here than I did in cold NYC weather) and beach.

@Jonathan Hulen Panic is pretty high here, most people stay indoors and are waiting for better news. 

It will take some time to see a ripple effect from it going to other industries but this impact will probably be limited.

Ultimately one should consider the ripple effects of all of this. 

Many probably thought JCPenney and Macy's would never go out of business because they've been around 100+ years.If the stock market crashed again even more (Dow 15,000), you'd likely see a huge ripple to RE as many retirement accounts would likely be wrecked...and they'd need their equity now. 

Regardless of that law it is indoors and I am assuming It says no smoking if any kind indoors.  

I work in urban planning and have been thinking a lot about the ripple effects of the new waterfront development in Vancouver, so we opted to focus our search there. 

Heck, up until 100 years ago having indoor plumbing was a luxury. 

BYW rents are used to improve our own properties now. my appraised value on one building went up to $300k just last year by spending money to make the building a Healthy home compliant tenants will now pay on average $300 more per month to live in We test all indoor air quality and water and will be offering what tenants are now asking for. 100% green sustainable energy and electric vehicle charging in their units own garages.

They've done a great job of discouraging Amazon....people can't get their kids in school, they've made restaurants spend money to build indoor dining outside, try to tax income based on where you make it, not where you live, and probably a whole host of other issues.
