Here is a different article talking about how Trump in office could make some good changes to repeal or change Dodd Frank and Basel 3.Those have really stumped some smaller lenders and buried them in government red tape that did nothing for what the law passed was intended for. 

I have heard that the new Trump administration might try and pass a law to get rid of the 27 1/2 years of depreciation on houses.

Especially in light that Trump is a real estate broker himself.

Hopefully Trump will find a way to cancel Dodd-Frank and remove the CFPB and we can call get back to regular contracts again without having to look over our shoulder for Big Brother.
