Drive neighborhoods and look for the diamond in the rough and do some cold calls.

It is your area and you seem to know it.You may want to read "Acres of Diamonds" before you leave town looking for deals;-)

I am walking the neighborhoods today searching for that diamond in the rough of investment properties near downtown Long Beach and south of 10th street on the West side.  

Have you ever been whith a girl for long that you just didnt know the consequence of losing that diamond.

I started skiing my senior year of high school and was on the double black diamond by the end of the first day.

But I personally haven't seen a huge bump in my travels.)Hope this helps - be sure to say Hi if you attend one of the RE meetings (I usually make it to RIREIG and occasionally to Black Diamond in southern Mass).

I find Chase Slate, Citibank Diamond, and Discover the most helpful, in that order.
