The m-m tenant had a bad rental history and criminal record and would not have met my minimum standards if not for the existing tenant.

In our market here in CT we charge $32 for a complete credit/criminal/eviction check.

We accepted them against our better judgement, there were a few red flags including, low credit, criminal history from years ago, and having 4 animals where our original maximum was 2.

Tenant in Unit B got arrested and has been in jail for a few weeks with a court date for their criminal act in September.  

In fact, they have passed the screening process (criminal and credit check) with flying colors and would like to move forward with next stepsHere is my predicament - they are moving from out of town and found my place online and love it.

You want more then just an eviction attorney (especially since none but criminal evictions can go forward at this time) you want a Landlord attorney.
