The city is one of the fastest growing in the country, great job growth and income growth lead us to believe there will be a solid flow of great tenants creating consistent rental rate increases.While the market here has been very hot there are still opportunities (more in the SFD with rental suites then the MFD)We are waiting with baited breath for the new infill zoning amendments that could make some significant changes to density opportunities in the downtown.

If the "Guy" that is know to the others is licensed, he may NOT be licensed as a proper business, thereby not having worker's comp insurance to cover additional workers, so, again, confirm, confirm, confirm, complete, correct, and current licensing before putting up a dime.You will also need to perform additional testing and possible removal of other elements containing asbestos; and also check for lead paint based on the age.So you don't want to be liable for anyone getting hurt, but you are OK with breathing in asbestos fibers yourself?

Most of the time the wiring is okay if it’s in visibly decent condition and undisturbed, it becomes dangerous when it’s covered with insulation in attics and walls and it can’t breath causing it to overheat.
