You can either use a internet web company or a lawyer but you should use an experienced CPA to get their advice on what you should do ior tax purpose and you know why you are doing that.

It's loaded with spiders, spider webs, and such.

Also with the trend to cloud / web based systems, they can say Mac but what they really mean is browser based and internet connection required with its own pros / cons.Here is a link to a compilation of property management programs; http://www.softwareadvice.com/ca/property/Even though a bunch of them say they run on Mac, you need to check what that really means.

I continue to scan various websites for properties, but I'm thinking almost all of the good "deals" in the Rochester area don't make to the web listings.
