My group uses his team for various tasks.

We found our acquisitions reps are able to produce far more by removing the task of comping from their plate.

Currently I self manage all units as well as the construction projects and I am looking to do this for the next couple years while I slowly turn this task over to my real estate team.

My recommendation is for you to sit down with pen and paper, or a spreadsheet, and analyze every task you do in a given month.
