It’s going to take a year at least for the real estate industry to figure out exactly how to write it. 

My OpinionThe settlement will probably be the largest change to the entire industry in our lifetime and there will be some ramifications.

It's more how much have you taken the time to learn about the industry and are continuing to learn.

Nvidia is just beginning. while residential is on 2-3% cap rate right now , it's almost near on 90th percentage.I suggest for realtor that can't find lead to sell home to move to data center or AI industry ;-)
