Valley area: hardwood flooring, cabinet refinishing, faucet replacement, toilet replacement, and a few other very small things....all during mid to late November.Can anyone recommend a contractor who could do these things reliably and at a reasonable price?

From what I've seen of CoreLogic, they've got some pretty solid and reliable data as well, but it's also several times more expensive (which can be a big obstacle for newbies on a shoestring budget).

We are replacing older top loading Speed Queen washers with front loading ones and always trusted the reliability, dependability and quality of Speed Queen but they must have changed something in circuitry boards.

She said, she thought that it would be nice to have a license because she's dealing with real estate and at that time, she was thinking that she would look more reliable since she has a license and the education, but she said -she then realized that if let's say she bought a home for a wholesale price (w/c means it was about 20% below market value).
