Mario,I'd strongly consider reporting them to the Florida Real Estate Board (you can find a link on myfloridalicense.com).I am not sure what you can do about recovering funds that were stolen that were not in escrow, but you should be protected against lost escrow money from the Florida Real Estate Recovery Fund.We manage property in both Orlando and Tampa and I would be happy to answer any questions you may have.
