Unfortunately a lot of owners in the area have stars in their eyes from the inflation.

I’m not suggesting there would never be a case to buy a park with all POHs, but there would need to be an extremely compelling reason (a price well below market, a ton of upside, or a 5 star location) to do that.

I think co-star provides numbers to call.

@Tim JohnsonBut if you do your homework and get GOOD tenants, there is minimal drama and all parties win. and treat them better than the stars, all parties are happy.

When stock picking, would you recommend a search for Value Line's safety and or Morning Star's financial  status to fine tune selections ?? 

Blind reviews are crucial, as is a time limit, and the ability to leave specific comments (I can't stand that VRBO is a strict star model - sure it's easier, but there's no room for nuance and as a host I get almost no worthwhile information on a guest from it).
