Any luck on motivating realtors in the area to actually get operating expenses/lease agreements for Jackson County specifically George?

And maybe I am misunderstanding something but if they purchased the property from me, take over taxes, insurance, and HOA, wouldn't they be on title?

That is, it should beassumable by creditworthy purchaser(s).No surprise, I received different responses from the RLCs.

If I was to purchase the property from her without realtors involved on either side how would I do so?  

Should we explore that route, purchase an already built duplex in Peoria or another part of the Midwest? 

Some places require you to change the water between guests.I've never heard of a saltwater hotbtub.Sounds more expensive to purchase.
