It is not the Series LLC's fault that it has not had a judgment against it since the courts upheld them and their structure time and time again its structure and legal status.

Who writes and sends personal hand-written thank you cards anymore when you can email, text, or message clients on any social media platform?

Expect a tenant turn over when you push.The problem with the community is the non enforcement of community rules and a low quality tenant base that does not have  very high social standards.

I check my tenant's social media first after our initial phone interview.
