I have warned them numerous times about being loud late at night, (2,3,4 am), playing loud music, even called the police once to tell them to quiet down.Last Sunday, the problem girl had friends over, screaming, loud music until 11 pm.

From 63rd street (midtown KC) to south Kansas City (85th or so) seems to be having on-going talks and concepts thrown around for redevelopment- which screams INCENTIVES!

The seller ended up VERY unhappy that I didn't buy his house that day and proceeded to scream/chew me out over the phone!

If you're buying for $40,000-$50,000 you're either getting a screaming deal or buying in the hood. 

I want to scream, but I cant!

If I saw someone dressed up as that deal for Halloween I'd run away screaming. 

I'll take on county projects if they are screaming deals but I love Baltimore and I want to do my part in making it shine.As others mentioned, it is so bizarre to me to see the city is run so poorly.

Without seeing the Actual option document, no way to evaluate.....but this screams walk away.

The money cautious part of my brain reads this and just keeps screaming "but you're wasting money over the life of the loan"You've definitely given me something to think about, because it's going against my "tv" way of thinking. 

I'd be anxiously screaming in my head "How'd this stalker really get my personal information!?!"
