I have seen a lot of people who get in to real estate with some amount of money, spend cash to scale but never take the time to build the processes for their business first.Good luck, be smart with when and where you spend money and you will do great!

Have it taken out carefully and sell it to a specialty dealer when the time comes.I think this should tip the scales toward covering it, and I almost always refinish my own floors, using my own equipment.

That's just my experience.Now, I invest nationally, in growth markets.I invest in economies of scale: Apartment buildings, instead of small multifamily or single family homes.I also help others do the same, by bringing co-investors in for these big deals.Anyone else out there who's also a residential Realtor, but invests in multifamily real estate?
