For instance if the unit has old cabinets, can you refinish them or change out the faces instead of replacing?

The last time one of my tenants in GER called me was in 2013 because he asked if HE was allowed to refinish the hardwood floor.

I’ve refinished hardwood floors, but I have a cheater way of doing that.

Trim is refinished wood or white paint.Sheen:  Satin or Eggshell for the walls, Flat for the ceiling, Semi-Gloss for the trim.Brands:  Miller, Sherwin Williams, or Behr.

Floors had recently been refinished, and bathroom was updated.

If they are hardwood you could stain them darker and refinish them rather than replacing them.
