Does anyone have any other options for me in which to promote my property or ways in which I can seek investors?

I bought 3 books, which was going to be my reading material while on deployment.  

I act as the GC on my projects so I'm usually purchasing and dropping off materials at various points during the week, speaking with my subs/contractor on the phone for progress/updates, etc. 

Then you might only have material costs.2.

I just cannot do any of this work myself or color-coordinate materials in person.Any suggestions for semi-custom cabinets?

I am wondering where you get flyers and how you send them out to promote yourself.

I am guessing this is the answer, but do not really know.Does anyone know of any reading material that will explain how to read and understand a title report?

When we have had to purchase supplies/materials for those rental units, we have been using our primary personal credit card to purchase those items (whoo hoo for AIRLINE MILES!) 

If it is not, then you will have residue of the material sitting on the bottom of the pipes.
