I get that it is not a usual concern but she intentionally created that question and if there had been a problem I need to know immediately not at some future date when I could no longer hold her accountable.The kicker is that the lawyer has the nerve to ask for twice the deposit as he has accused me of willfully withholding her deposit.

I asked them how they would feel if it were them in that situation again, they told me he would have been upset for sure (didn't help my nerves).
