And if so I typically replace appliances with used (not new) for these dumpy type of properties anyways and 2) Not sure how many sq.ft the house is but the painting cost seems high to me. 3) The $400 for the tree trimming is most likely not a necessity at this point in time unless it is causing damage to the roof.
