Don't overanalyze to the point of inaction.

Not stating to assist/help people in actions, but PROMOTING it as "THE" REI market. 2nd part; What is OH's market FUNDAMENTALS?   

Still wanting to do BRRR in action, but baby steps - I was able to do a couple of long distance LTR SFH where I was able to build my core 4.

Or getting foreclosed by someone else=more inaction?

Here are some things to look for from an Insurance prospective:1.Any in-ground tanks (active or inactive)2.Any Knob & Tube or Aluminum Wiring3.If built before 1978, does the building have Lead Safe certifications4.Any wood stoves or secondary heating units.

I wouldn’t consider this delay in action.

A big part of doing this business is seeing the homes in action.
