Even then you spend alot of time in any SMS tool taking folks off your future SMS marketing due to them replying (SMS) "stop", "Not Joe", "F*** off", etc etc....  ;(   SMS is not a perfect tool as it turns out.

He just bought another home which at some point in the near future will be his primary residence.

If seller let roof warranty expire or not keep it up then typically try to get a credit from the seller at closing to cover future roof maintenance.Whether a roof needs lots of maintenance depends on if it was installed properly and how many trees are around it.

You may feel like you are walking on eggshells as a host, and the city may implement even stronger restrictions and fees in the future.

Also, hopefully in the future we can work together to get me in a primary home in LA :)
