I haven't really tipped  my hat into the wholesaling side of it as of yet ,but as it is getting harder and harder to find worthy wholesalers and deals for that matter , I have considered learning all I can about tge wholesale side of the wonderful and exciting career path that I find I have a passion for .

I respect the BP community and thought that I'd reach out and ask for your advice, ideas and resources hat have worked for you.

Please let me know what else I need to do to put my name on the hat.

I mean I guess technically I could...but that would be reckless and unfair to the tenants who depend on me to be able to fix things at the drop of a hat.

I would tell you that branding and marketing are not important to your  BRRRR strategy… but fur wholesaling they would be.  

I don't see hat on the list but I'd wear a BP hat!

This includes all the work t hat needs to be done on deals that are never closed, and due diligence done that has nothing to do with any deal.2 - Apply a number from 1 to 10 for each R/R (10 being most important). 

I feel that way about Columbia (where the numbers seem to work a bit better) but local connections insist hat columbia is still within the nashville commuters range. 

But there's also partners where you and me each throw $100K in the hat and buy a $200K property together.  

If so, I'd be happy to throw my hat in the arena.
