Get in and our of 3 projects as fast you can and now you have the experience and some profit and now the terms and programs get better for you and you will have gained some knowledge and know exactly what to expect.Just keep in mind that projects have a life cycle of 4 - 6 months. 

Hey Adam, you aren't missing anything besides the drawbacks of the Section 8 program in general.

The bank is now requiring the following two things from me:  (1) That there be an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Program in place

You don't need a calculator or program to quickly vet a bunch of deals when you have no investments and are just turning your primary into a rental.

Also if there are problems with the unit, will section 8 still allow it to be used as a rental through their program?
