That's not to say you won't do a better job than I did, but I would just recommend that you see it as more of a learning opportunity than an overnight money-making machine.

These programs are a cash making machine for them, allows them to sell properties above market rate to the attendees and sell their hard money lending program (which is very expensive compared to others).

Though I haven't closed on an investment property recently or had any fruitful leads on killer deals, I do feel a measure of sucess as a result of networking.

However; when we had a subdivision, I had a table in the kitchen, kept cookies, fruit, crackers, and other snacks stocked up, with paper and crayons or other toys around.
