Caveat Emptor.Neighborhood disclosure rules might vary by state.In California, I had to disclose everything, including any homes on the street that might be under renovation (some people don't like the sounds of hammers and saws and cement trucks).

From what I understand you a public adjuster gets paid if he wins the claim for you over and above the original .I'd call a a good licensed, masonry / cement pro guy out for a bid and see what's up first.

I just closed a $950k home for a buyer using a dentist loan with a 5% rate and no PMI...5% is certainly worse than 3% but it's not unaffordable for this class of buyer. • I have boots on the ground experience and I can tell you with certainty the buyer demand is still high here.
