If going for the Slate as a new card the best strategy is to have other Chase cards first such as Sapphire or Marriot or Freedom and then apply for the Slate and consolidate credit limits from your other Chase cards before you do a large BT.

You are funding everyday folks that are looking to consolidate debt at lower interest rates.The way the site mitigates your risk is by diversifying you over hundreds of these loans, so if one borrower defaults it does not destroy your investment.You can literally put as little as $25 spread across hundreds of borrowers.Like anything else you can in invest in lower risk borrowers and get 5-7% I believe, or higher risk and get 8% or so.Man, these P2P sites should pay me for this post...lol.

The arch and opening is being consolidated to one large opening.Here is the new bedroom we cut out a few Sq ft from the kitchen and 1/3 of the livingroom.

I've been sort of active this past year buying up some units in the complex I manage but now I'm suffering from being spread out amongst 3 different computers, plus two different Google drives and a OneDrive account along with various thumb drives.I can handle getting the cloud drives and thumb drives consolidated but since I'm still learning and absorbing articles I have things book-marked all over the internet spread out amongst the machines.I'm using Microsoft's Edge browser, Chrome browser and Firefox browsers.Does/has anybody encountered this?

If you have some single family homes in the Central Valley that you said you'd be able to exchange with similar equity, I'd recommend exchanging and consolidating your portfolio into a solid NNN investment with a long term lease.
