What kind of investment criteria do you have?

Sometimes local credit unions or banks nearby are more up for this kind of thing. 

It could but I wouldn't get a bank account for holding money if they have all kinds of garbage fees like most small banks do.

Does that mean they are in some kind of archived state but still easily accessible versus fully removed?

I inherited a house last year with no mortgage on it and I really want to get into real estate investing, when I talk to them about it, they always say figure out which kind I want to get into first and then they'll offer me all the advice and help they can.

Hey Jason thanks for the reply I’m actually looking for this type of loan to do a fix and flip, also right now my credit is under 600 which kind of excludes me from the majority of lending options.

What kind of differences are there if the property is commercial zoned?
