Spend a few hundred to sit down with an accountant and attorney with cross-boarder business experience before you set-up your ownership structure and go shopping.

Many wholesalers spend hundred or thousands of dollars a month on marketing.

Just partner with people or you have several hundred grand to put down

Hundreds of holes in the wall, filthy carpet, leaking roof and number of different kind of modifications on flooring.

If you're comfortable with owning property hundreds or thousands of miles away that a property manager takes care of (which it sounds like you are) then go for it!

If you want to set yourself apart, be courteous and professional and respect their time.Their main concern would be people looking in medicine cabinets for drugs and in dressers for jewelry.
