GA area seem better on CAC returns but are 5 hrs away. 

Str was banned from April into the summer and then again from before thanksgiving until into January.  

I’m not an expert on STR in NYC, but I thought they banned them? 

@Jon Schwartz I’m in the same boat except I already closed I’ll only be able to tell them I can’t evict due to Covid unfortunately the ban I’m sure gone extend  past January 2021. 

Apparently the short term rental ban was lifted in Atlantic City, that being said there are politicians in the area gunning for short term rentals.

You would think from those on BP the numbers would be inverted.I think besides the STR ban more apartment complexes are keeping a unit as a MTR as well which allows for people traveling for work but also those visiting family.

HOAs can not ban solar in the state of Maryland.I love how the solar people in other parts of the country always want to tell me, the expert in my market how Im wrong, and how all agents here are wrong.

If it started up in my community I would campaign to have them banned.
