I really don't for the new wave of rent control going in force today across the country.. rents are already at all time highs in the markets were its being put in.. and like Oregon they allow for 7% raise a year plus CPI which is 3 so that is 10% each and every year.. so what you could have happen is landlords just raise the rents every year there by defeating the purpose of rent control..

Then I invoice payments in phases like the middle of the project or upon completion, depending how large of a job it is.Currently, I'm using Wave Accounting, but they just increased their payment processing option at 2.9% + $0.60 per transaction.I'm looking for a way to limit costly monthly subscriptions with multiple service providers:-to email pdf proposals, & invoices, with electronic signature & an all in one feature for the client to pay the initial deposit in order to schedule the job.I have no explored much of Wave Accounting ability yet, still fairly new.Any advice to build this model up for success?

Given all the info/ data about the inevitable inflation coming our way, if not already here, and I concern about the STR investment.The STR deals that I am looking into is near a very visited park/lake, where STR continues to grow, but I am afraid that this STR factor is too risky as it is very linked to the waves of the economy.
