For those starting out buy their cash flow rental and they really have no equity or net worth asset protection is a waste of money a small 100 a year umbrella policy will work..

What would I do,,call my insurance company and tell them if its over $5M judgement to let me know,,,,because my umbrella policy will pay for my defense and pay for a judgement up to $5 Million
