I buy milk, I let it sit too long, over time it turns sour, it expires, I lose the benefit of have the milk and I can't take it back and get my money back as I'm the one who bought it and allowed it to expire.   

You will be milked for all kinds of processing, documenting, etc fees, as much as they can get out of you.....and the loan will never happen.

I did also find another BP post about this company, and after a skim through only 1 person stated success or any amount of pleasure working with the company.

Ads need to highlight your property, the more words you put in it the more likely people are to skim through it and miss important parts.

I just got an email this morning and after spending a few minutes skimming through it and having actually registered an account with them.

If anything, that tells me that bubbles are predictable, not long-term appreciation trends.Let me state my thoughts on this topic again, as it seems people like to skim my posts and then make assumptions about what I'm saying...I'm not saying that there aren't areas of the country where -- if you were to predict long-term appreciation -- you wouldn't have more chance of being correct than if you picked other areas of the country. 

I entered an auction with one of them on a website I've never heard of (sadly I was outbid past my max bid) but the point is it DID bring me new deals to look at that I hadn't been able to find before skimming through zillow, realtor.com, and craiglist.

Mentors keep developing more advanced programs to keep milking you as their cash cow.

I just skimmed though some other threads on them.

They were adamant to be mutual/under contract that night so that it would be marked pending...Now they seem to be milking the 10 day inspection period.
