@David White, there are inexpensive courses online that can instruct you on how to build a buyers list... just do a google search.

(Not by using Google maps because they can easily be outdated pictures) There should be some.

This domain is available and such names are easier to get and google algorithm reads a-b-c.com as abc.com so it doesn't make any difference if you own abc.com or a-b-c.com as long as you have targeted the right keywords with rich content on them.

Hello BP, Getting into Multi-Family and have a few questions that have stumped Google :)Perhaps, I'm asking the questions in the wrong way however I cannot find a clear answer.
