They are line voltage halogen hockey puck lights installed by the previous owner, and half of them do not work, with incorrect wiring.Trying to decide what to do with them, this is going to be a rental.Are cabinet lights a desirable feature?

Some of the LED strips have a separate power supply and low-voltage wire to the strip; it may be easier to fish the low-voltage wire through the wall or around the corner or whatever, so you can put the power supply in a better spot.You can "prototype" it by stealing the fluorescent shop-light from the garage, or getting a cheap used fixture at a ReStore or thrift store.

The only benefit may be getting a Dual Agency scenario where you would not have to pay out commission to another broker.Personally I would pass on one and just put it on the MLS to attract the serious buyer.Best of Luck!

@Adam Kibler Even though a wholesaler doesn't represent the buyer and seller in a "legal" sense (this would definitely be illegal without a license) they still act as a broker to the deal by essentially bringing the buyer and seller together in the same transaction, which to me very similarly resembles dual agency.
