This one hour old 30ft long 8ft tall beautiful light brown wooden fence cast a shadow on the windows of two of my three bedrooms.

I like the idea of using the CC for repairs, rack up them reward points ;) 

I am looking to get a small wooden shed (already broken down) removed from my property in plant City.

I would not ignore the tenant who is racking up HOA fines.

Yard could use some tree and bush clearing as well as removal of a wooden fence.If anyone is familiar with the area I would appreciate any input you might have regarding ARV  or your experience with some of the repair items listed

Tenants will never care about how you were on your hands and knees polishing those wooden floors caressing them with all your love.. and bloody palms.On the other hand, in a low income house you really do not NEEEEED to put in hardwood floors.

I know..not much but better than $0 :)  I offered seller-financing with attractive terms but she just wants to cash out.I have been racking my brain on how to finance this. 

I’ve racked up positive reviews with the possible mess or extra expense of soaps and shampoos.
