I did a quick Google search, and unfortunately it looks like the woman who started this thread (about 5 years ago), Ember Meadows, 34, of Galloway, OH, passed away on March 3, 2016 in a horrible car accident on the freeway.

Locating properties has been the tricky part for us to navigate (tax deeds, auctions, foreclosures, reliable wholesalers, vacant properties, etc).3) As we embark on this journey, we are also looking for mentors who can guide us through the complexities of property investment deals. 

It's not legal, but some employers may not hire a woman who is pregnant because they don't want to give her maternity leave or know that they're going to have to have someone fill in for her because she will be away.
