Mostly California but at least one east coast state in famous for it as well.

I recently moved to Eastsound, WA, an island of the coast.  

Florida's West coast or Austin TX are seeing 5+ months of listing inventory and declining home prices.

I'd love to buy up some land in the Christmas or Santiago Mountains, but I love hunting for and photographing rare snakes so that's sort of a niche use haha.The Chihuahuan desert and western mountains of Texas are no joke, it is some of the most remote, unpopulated, water-starved, but breathtakingly beautiful country in the entire US.Just FYI it's not that west Texans dislike solar or wind farms... we love money!

I also am Located in Western Washington in the Pacific Northwest.

We are seeing now how people are pulling back saying they are going to coast for a while etc etc..

At least out here on the left coast..
