This weekend I have a family moving in to one of our properties due to their own home got some major water damage inside.

I used to spend weekends doing this, and sometimes I'd spot opportunities others missed.Also, have you checked out any local investor meetups?

I charged 15% And I spent the money to run a fly buy program with CA investors and sold them all in one weekend at a big event that cost me 50k to put on up front :) so there is more to selling real estate than conformity to norms.  

To add to the humor, I skiptrace the guy, I think he has more court cases against him than the weekend warrior training program /guru who has around $2M in judgments against him that he probably just took his weekend course from - because its comical that after this guru holds his course every new investor comes out of the wood work with the same facebook and email campaign that they have been teaching for the past ten years.. 

When I hung up my own jersey (though mine was more weekend warrior than college athlete), I found that real estate gave me that same drive and excitement.Lincoln's a fantastic market with plenty of opportunities if you know where to look.

It's nominal but I'm already taking a bath with the storm and don't know what will come of my two reservations for this weekend or next.  

With no experience, knowledge or capital they can be successful by attending a weekend workshop 10.

We as a family visit any particular weekend its not being rented out during the non-frigid months, and even then many times.
