I am confused because here is what the data I find says: Now I'm no expert on the topic but CA is still the only place I've ever been where people pop-out of the scrubery to ask if I want a BJ as entire family is loading back up (including grandkids) from a dinner out......

I have personally sold many properties where sellers needed to off-load a bad deal after buying unrepresented from a turnkey company.

@Chris Kay beleive you can do DSR loans without a job as they qualify the property, not the borrower.You'd still need 20-25% down though.That's where you have a decision:- Pay down the mortgage, setting yourself up for a future refinance to free up your VA Entitlement.OR- Save up for your next acquisition.Only YOU can make that decision as you have to be comfortable with the increasing debt-load risk and the additional time to manage everything.

Apparently, Lee Arnold had gotten on him about my “wasting” so much of his (the loan officer’s) time.

I'm thinking of switching to another title company but I'm not sure if that would just waste more time. 

I would start a water line replcement business make far more money doing that than we would owing rentals :) On a related subject you have the waste lines that were clay etc.

I could go look up my transaction but I guess it would be a waste now :) 

I wouldn't waste your time with that on Zillow.
