My side of the street has no curb and gutter, the other side of the street has gutter only while only  that side of the street is getting sidewalks as part of this project.

You really do never know who is living next door...or driving down the street after having a fight with their wife, or....well you get the point. 

While I know that even prestigious Wall Street funds have gone belly up, my learning in all of this (same with ATM Fund with Prestige/Daryl Heller, is as follows:1.

ALSO they have regs on rooming houses only allowed in specific zoning, similar zoning as for hotels;  only on main streets in business districts AND you have to apply for licensing and blabla as for a hotel..That said;  there is a small movement supporting rent by the room as a small step toward solving affordable housing. 

My house was the last street built from previous construction.
