Like the car salesman/hustler who converts “ups” at a super high rate; or the guys hustling oil well participations over the phone.  

Spices, sugar, oils, cooking sprays, teas, all left by previous guests.

Why not invest any non-IRA dollars in oil and gas and get the 100% deductions to apply against your Roth conversion tax liability ?

Maybe the oil field slowdown will change prices or available labor, but not until the unemployment benefits run out in a year or 2. 

Assuming you have a budget of say $50MM+, I go after agriculture land, land with mineral rights and oil rights and ditch REI.

There are over 50 of them all fresh and new for the year in the cabinet along with oils, flours, sugars, some pasta and sauce, etc etc.People love that stuff and those kinds of simple things can set you apart.

If anything I would say BH is an insurance company, but they do obviously have the real estate piece, oil and gas, apple, some big Japanese compioes, building suppliers like ACME brick, BNSF railroad, and I'm sure a lot of other pieces and parts.   

Our oil company suddenly wouldn't service if they don't deliver so we had to find a new 24 hour service.

Or are there courses that aren't snake oil?
