Im very upset and could use some advise.

So of course if it was a big overage, they're upset when they find out about it, and find they can't get it. 

It does not matter whether its real estate, or day trading, flying a plane or anything that continues to require repetitive knowledge.Then people get upset that after a year they have done nothing, because they had no money to do it (but of course many gurus will tell you that you can do it without money because that is probably their biggest revenue generator).

If they've reapproached with a dispute, they'll be quite upset if you get the entire driveway and they get nothing.

I mean, even if she's upset- she could come back and ask to negotiate or talk about it instead of ghosting--My taxes were raised adding an extra 200 per month.

I am upset about the % my management company takes.

The odds are slim but the victory would be huge. 

I see people doing them in florida, then realize they still have to do a complete foreclosure and get upset about it because they followed some guru or bad advice here on BP. 

Then later today the investor chose to include me in a group text he has created with other people on the road leading to the housing project about how great of a victory it is that he’s gotten the dumpster moved and that he will be cleaning up the space and planting grass and greening it up come summer.

We are somewhat upset at this point for their lack of responsiveness and communication.
