My upbringing is different from that of many people on bigger pockets. 

My question is this: When we shoot out properties and a realtor ends up bringing a cash buyer how does the commission get paid out?

I realize that our upbringing plays a role in this as well.

If that agent is really so busy and has so much money flowing in that he can’t be bothered with building a relationship with an investor that’s ultimately going to end up bringing him 2-5 deals a year, than he should at least say “I may not be the right agent for you but let me refer you to an agent that’s skilled at getting aggressive offer accepted”.

My dad ended up bringing them up one day and said he liked their "100% financing system," so he gave them a call and he asked me if it's something we should do so I said " Ehh whatever."

just an update, ended up closing this deal after all for the 68k purchase price. all things pretty much the same, insurance ended up a bit cheaper. was nice, because of pro-rated rents, deposits transfer, I ended up bringing only 67k to closing even after closing costs

They can give you indicators such as a "BIG contract was just signed will end up bringing 2500 jobs to the area.

I realize that most homeowners will not look at things this way but when they try to sell at their emotional prices they actually end up bringing down the prices of all homes in their area by having to reduce their prices until the home sells at the market prices.

Ended up bringing in equity partners into the deals which gives up a bit more of the profit, but allows you to grow the business much faster without lying to the bank (committing fraud).

Some people don't want dogs jumping on them and will end up bringing you to court.
